Day 2 of my Fast

Day 1 consisted of a black coffee, plenty of water, broth around dinner and a handful of cashews & almonds at bed time to take medication. It got a bit hard when I had to sit and watch other people eat Swiss Chalet.

Day 2 has so far consisted of a Green Tea, homemade bone broth, and I’ll have another handful of nuts before bed. Today was worse for hunger; I wanted to eat so bad – well, I still do. But I’m finishing off the bone broth and I’ll have some of that for lunch tomorrow.

As of this afternoon I’ve lost 2.4 pounds on the fast.
